Kansas Senior Stanfield Named Preseason All-Big 12

Kansas senior catcher/designated hitter James Stanfield has been named a Preseason All-Big 12 First Team selection by College Baseball Daily. Stanfield becomes the first KU player to earn preseason all-conference honors since Tony Thompson and Brian Heere garnered the same distinction prior to the 2010 season.
