Team Blue Uses Late Rally To Win Crimson & Blue World Series

Team Blue used four unearned runs in the bottom of the sixth and an epic three-run homer by senior Jake Marasco in the seventh to topple Team Crimson, 7-1, in the seventh and deciding game of the Crimson & Blue World Series last week at Hoglund Ballpark. The seven-game series wrapped up KU’s fall season, which began on Sept. 27.
