Promotions Update: Big 12 Conference Opener

Kansas will open Big 12 Conference play in the friendly confines of Hoglund Ballpark with a three game series with Oklahoma State beginning Friday, March 18th.  Here's a look at the weekend's promotions schedule:

Friday, March 18th - 3:00 PM
The first 200 KU students in attendance will receive a free corndog and candy.  KU students are admitted to all Kansas Baseball games free of charge with thier student ID.

Saturday, March 19th - 1:00 PM
The first 500 fans will receive a free Jayhawk Mult-Function Headwear.

Sunday, March 20th - 1:00 PM

Sunday's are always a great day to bring the family out to Hoglund Ballpark.  Every Sunday is Family Fun and Food Day.  For just $40 the whole family can enjoy the game with four tickets, four popcorns and four drinks.  It's also Youth Baseball Day when all kids wearing a youth baseball jersey receive admission for just $3.

Be sure to come early for the bounce house on the 1st base concourse (weather permitting).  Kids can also take the field with the Jayhawks for the National Anthem and run the bases and get autographs in the dugout after the game. 

Young baseball fans have the opportunity to get autographs in the dugout after every Sunday game.
